Nowadays, the rational development of new products requires the verification of their strength properties. They consist in predicting the stress level as well as deformation of the system depending on the type of load, fastening method and material parameters of the structure. However, carrying out such analyses under real conditions is very costly and time-consuming. However, there are factors which make it possible to eliminate these expenses. This is made possible by software solutions that make these processes easy and reliable even at the design stage.
An example of a company for which we have performed strength analyses is KEMARK. The cooperation resulted in such tests for cross-fitness equipment. The biggest challenge while working on the project was to properly interpret the prevailing conditions and implement them in the software. Performing such calculations is extremely difficult and requires a great deal of experience in interpreting the results.
Each analysis was followed by a report containing the details of the analysis. Below are some photos reflecting the work on the project.
